Keeping safe and healthy in the current environment

With the start of the winter cold and flu season, and ongoing concerns about the Coronavirus, our practice is conscious of following Government recommendations to help you and our other clients to stay well. 

If you are unwell, or have any cold or flu-like symptoms, we ask that you reschedule your appointment for another time (note the usual 24-hour cancellation fee won’t apply if you are sick but we still appreciate advance notice where possible). If you have recently returned from overseas travel, we ask that you book your next appointment 14 days or more from when you return, or that you make your next appointment by phone or videoconference. 

We also have a no hand-shake policy, to help reduce the risk of passing on infections. Some of our clients have health conditions which reduces their immunity, another reason why we strive to keep our practice a ‘virus-free’ zone. 

If you are unwell, staying home to rest is the best thing you can do for a speedy recovery and to reduce the chances of passing on an infection to others!
